the staff were super attentive, and the nearby parks and attractions made it so easy to stroll around and discover new spots, like the beautiful chapin pond just a few kilometers away and the lively alabama theatre which I really enjoyed visiting.

Modern, immaculate rooms and stunning location.

Had a very relaxing stay for a vacation. The rooms were modern, spotless, came with the bathroom, balcony plus double beds. The staff was exceptionally nice, they made our trip! Location: the hotel was just next door to great restaurants. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Coastal Grill. The in-house restaurant food was great.

We spent 4 nights in a King Room Ocean View and absolutely loved the indoor pool and the cozy beach access. The waterpark was a blast for the kids, giving us plenty of time to relax. Just a heads up, parking can get a bit tricky, so plan ahead! 🌊

Great oceanfront view, but hidden charges and rude front desk staff were disappointing.

The location stands out with easy access to restaurants and an excellent beachfront. The ocean view from the Queen Room with Mobility Access is amazing, especially during sunrise. The pool area is enjoyable, and the service at Cafe Almafi, particularly from a lovely Polish server, was really good.

The pool area was great with a tiki bar and fun music. Had a pleasant stay overall. I loved watching dolphins at breakfast from the cafe window!

Our butler surprised us with warm smiles and immediate assistance. The ocean view was amazing, perfect for sunset moments.

I enjoyed the spacious lobby area with a cute atmosphere. The access to the beach was fantastic. The convenience of the shuttle service was a nice touch for getting around. The check-in process left a lot to be desired. At first, the staff seemed overwhelmed, and I had to wait longer than expected, frustrating. The room could've used some updates. The furnishings felt a bit outdated and there were small cleanliness issues. The dining options on-site had potential, but the service at the Starbucks was painfully slow, affecting our mornings. Despite these setbacks, the beach setup and pool area were well-maintained were nice.

This hotel is really nice and pretty clean, plus the staff is super friendly! 😊.
